I don't know Brett, but the guy with the orange Nova may have shut them both down after running the 7.39 @ 190!
I checked the CotT site earlier, but saw no mention of winners...
Nay!
LOL! At least Muriyo had a cracker under his thumb, LOL!

Yeah I checked out the COTT message board and apparently there is alot of whining about the way things played out. Some guy got popped in the mouth and the cops showed up. Sounds like what seemed to be a good event turned into a zoo. Musta been because the cool people --us-- left.
Traxx --yeah it was good to meet a few of you Houston boys --despite what Chris was saying you all struck me as being a fine group of folks. I hope to see you all again sometime.

I tell you boys what: this guy can COOK!!! He's going to make a nice wife or servant some day, LOL! I've never had the guy I'm working for make me dinner; he knows how it's done, and how to do it...
/me eats more chips and salsa after eating the last of the ribs...[/drool]
Can't thank you enough Brett! Debbie wants to know where we can hire a Mexican :D [Warning! This is a joke and not to be misconstrued as racial slandering! I do not want to be cut! Thank you!]

Boy that may be tough in your area. The tejhanas (texas mexicans) I spoke with (in spanish) that worked at the hotel told me that they never heard of green chile. I hardly think you would want them making the wife some tortillas.
You need to set your gas grill out on the curb come trash day and head over to your local home center and buy yourself a real grill. It's quick and dirty, but once you get it down, you be cooking in style.
Better yet, and cause I know you like making a project out of things, keep the propane tank off your gas grill, the one you are thowing out, and make a little smoker out of it.
I bet your wife pigged down the tamales --didn't she.
Dude, you make too much of my cooking. That's standard fare. Surely you noticed my gut and man-boobs.:fu:

Im sure you were kidding, but Mike isn't MEXICAN. He's from Ohio or somewhere up there, lol. While his roots might trace back to an latino source, people have changed the spelling and pronunciation of their names throughout American history. Murillo is a spanish name, but his family chooses to pronounce it in English. I know his dad is an AMERICAN as well.

Yeah Fred,
I was kidding --sorta. As I was pronouncing his name "correctly", a few of the Houston guys were correcting me. I just find it kindof stange that some folks, especially in that part of the country, don't seem to recognize their latin roots. In fact, I know of a lot of people of latin/hispanic origin that are really put off by that kind of thing.
