I just bought a ticket to the Monster Jam Thrill show for this weekend...I figured for $20 what-the-heck.
Here's how it breaks down:
ADVANCE ADULT US $20.00
Total Building Facility Charge(s) US $2.00 x 1
Total Convenience Charge US $5.90 x 1
Additional Taxes US $0.69 x 1
Order Processing Charge(s) US $4.82 x 1
TicketFast Delivery US $2.50 x 1
TOTAL CHARGES US $35.91
I have to pay a $2.00 building charge??? WTF!!!! THEY picked the location, not me!! Convenience charge??? What is that??? And then the $2.50 ticketfast delivery charge??!!?? You know what that is? It's the ability to print my own ticket. For that they charge me another $2.50!
$15.91 in additional fees is just bullshit! I'm not a cheap person...I like to spend money, but this is outright robbery...and there's nothing I can do except not buy a ticket. So, for a family of four, there would have been an additional $90 in fees.
