Keep in mind that this is the same government that pays $300 for a hammer, $600 for a toilet seat and commissions studies to find out if pigs have orgasms at a cost of $300,000.

I don't necessarily think my time is worth more than anyone else's. I think EVERYONE'S time is worth more than they pay us. Forty dollars a day is contemptuous. It barely pays for parking and gas.

Personally, I'm the last person on earth to look for a handout from the government. However, when I look at the amount I pay in taxes and the money the government squanders on goofy projects and lazy, worthless people who'd rather sit home, watch Springer and eat government cheese, I have to ask "Where's mine?"

I have to say, I agree with YesItsFast's sentiments.

Same way I feel about any 'hand outs', reparations included. Waaaa, waaa... I'm oppressed, pay me.
