Strange. Another member from the Oklahoma City area had his car stolen last night from his driveway. His car wasn't anything special to look at, but it had some performance stuff on it and was completely primered.

Yet another reason why I'm glad I bought a house, with a two car garage at that. Mustang is a garage queen, while my 30k truck sits in the driveway (LOL). Truck is fully insured, mustang is not!

Damn, man!! Sorry to hear about your stang. I know exactly how sick a feeling it is... I was lucky enough to recover mine. Joy ridin' teens took mine from garage. I saw your post on DFW site, you mentioned something about a kill switch. It sounds strange that the punks knew where your kill switch was. Again, sorry .......I know how bad it sucks...later

I have seen/heard of to many cars being stolen not long after those cars visit a rcae track. Half the time, the thieves end up being someone you either know or have met at a track. What these people do is go to a track and walk around checking out cars. Then either follow the people home or find out where they live.

I bought a shortblock from a guy up in Dallas about 2 1/2 years ago. He had a Mustang that was stolen right out of his driveway the week after he went to Ennis (first time ever at the track).

For that reason, I normally try to be carefull who I talk to and how much info I give when I go to the racetrack.

I hope he finds his car.
