For Sale: 1990 LX coupe, 347, Accel DFI, Tremec TKO, 10pt certified cage, tubular k-member, tubular a-arms, new Corvette torch red paint, grey interior, not recommended as a daily driver, no a/c (or anything else that might hinder it from going fast), entirely too much to list, e-mail me for pictures and info. No time to play with it anymore. Less then 1K miles on this new combination (& only 8 passes at the track) runs 10.70 @ 129 with a 1.40 60' time, not power shifting & on pump gas (10-1 comp).
The chassis has been low 9's @ 150 with no problems (with a 306 and a T-91 Thumper).
Asking 19K and NO I am not smoking crack!
I would consider trades (my wife misses here 90 GT and wants another Mustang and I am looking for an 88-93 Saleen).
Thanks,
Turbo Mike

Welcome to the site Mike. It sounds like a killer car. You can attach the images to your post if you'd like, instead of emailing individuals.
Good luck!

Yeah, it's tough to get rid of this car. Both due to the price & the fact that I have owned this car for the past 10 years. We have been through alot together. The past 6 years that I owned it have been the least that it has ever been driven. It usually spent too much down time due to breakage and combination upgrades (waiting on custom parts & machine shops).
I have been around Mustangs too long to call it quits. I still plan on getting another Mustang and a second one for my wife.
Then again, if it doesn't sell I won't be broken hearted. I plan on racing it at FFW Ennis in True Street. I was hoping to be the only naturally aspirated True Street car (and run in the top 5).
We'll see.

Wow that is an awesome ride. Just wish I could afford to buy it!
One question, is the motor sitting back a couple inches?

Actually the engine is in the stock location. It just appears to be set back slightly (maybe because of the CSI water pump?)
The k-member does have holes for an engine set back, I just decided not to use them because most of the rulebooks don't allow it in the classes I have run in.
