Ran by a guy who has been known for 5+ years to be a lying crook. I for one will be staying away due to my personal beliefs about Hennessey.

Is that "the" Hennessey that modifies Vipers? What are the odds that there are 2 Hennesseys that could be classified as lying crooks (unless of course they're related).

That is him. He's never scammed me, so I harbor no ill feelings towards him. If the track turns out nice I'll go.

I'm gonna get muh Maverick a' going and take all his got-damn money!

I don't know the guy - only heard the name but I'll definetly be out there to check it out. Ron Merx (BigBird R/T) will probably be running both his Dodge trucks out there since it 'appears' they'll be holding a couple of SloPar events (see event schedule (http://www.lonestarmotorsportspark.com/lonestarmotorsportspark/page.php?id=5)).

I hope for good things to come of it.

Hey Rick, years back when I first got the Bird I went to Hennesy's for some "Fast Mopar" help and they looked down on Dakota R/T truck and didn't want to mess with it. So...... went a different route...... :racing:

Was you at LSR when a "trailered" white Viper was there and I put the Bird in the other lane with him? Got it on video. Went to talk to him after the pass and he had already put it on the trailer and was heading out the gate. :)
Guess he could of had a flat or sumpin. Not saying they aren't fast but looked for one at the Mopar Nats to run but...............

Bottom line, looking foreward to some racing at Sealy.

I seem to recall that episode. You'll have to post the video to http://putfile.com/ (free video hosting).

'Glad to hear you're gonna be running there. If someone will ever come over and get my car running, it'll be just like ol' times! (I'll keep the beers cold for ya) :D

Let me know when you're going out there. I'd like to see the R/T run again.
