HRP This Wednesday? [Archive] - PoMoFoRacing Forums

Any of you guys that are closer to the track (Brent) want to head out to HRP Wednesday 8/7/02 and run some brackets. I'm going and actually driving from my house to there, so it would be nice to have someone else there if something breaks.
/me slaps myself for saying that, now watch it happen.

Well, it was a rain out. Got up there about 5:45 and it was drizzling, but there were blue skies around us. Parked and talked to a couple lightning guys for a while then walked around. About 6:45 or so they called the rain out. It just kept drizzling and they couldn't get the track dry. Stink of it was after I left, it had started heating back up and drying up, no rain. My house was sunny. First time I actually drive to the track rather than trailer and it rains. They put me on a rain out list, so next time I go is already paid for.
