I just spoke with Ken the head cheese guy on the phone! Super nice guy and willing to go out of his way for me! Seems the 2-1/2 pound wheel I ordered didn't get shipped (or got lost, or eaten by rats weraing brown uniforms), but he was vry quick o tell me one will be shipped out today!
Great job Crowley! I'll certainly be buying more cheese from you!
PS: Frazier's, have you tried yours yet?
