roller cam?

bought an 98 351 rebuilt and an wondering wether it's a roller engine?
lower intake holes are oval. also what parts am I gonna need to get together for this? I think the oil pan will work?

what is the number on the block. f4te? it is probably a roller block, but not a roller cam. not sure on the pan. i think 80's model vans had the correct pan so not sure on the newer one.

I thought 351s ended in 96? In any case, the later 351s did have roller cams in them (I had one, should never have let it go).

Not sure, but digging through my stuff the other day I found my 351 PS/AC bracket and 351 PS relocation bracket. I'll not be needing either one...

I have a stock 351 pan somewhere too, but I think it's in Alvin...
