Hey guys,

I went to the midnight madness race here in S.A. Oct 22. I went 10.39 on the motor which was close to my all time best of 10.28 which is kinda disappointing because I have a new set of afr 205's on it. The 10.28 was with a set of ported iron windsor sr's. I went 9.76 at 138 when I nuked it and that was with a very safe nitrous tune since I am still learning this nitrous stuff. I was happy with that pass and with the feeling I got from the wheels up launch man I want to do that again.

Nice, how big of a shot? Did you switch cams when you switched to the 205s? What was the weather difference between now and your previous best? What kind of 60 foot did you cut on the juice? What was the mph on motor? Enquiring minds want to know LOL.

I have the 175 jets in it now. I did not switch cam with the heads. I am going to switch cams now and see if I can get more out of it with the nitrous. My cam is cut on a 106 lobe sep which supposedly is not a good thing with nitrous. It was colder with my previous best, I just thought that these super afr heads were going to out run the iron heads even in warm weather. The motor mph was 130 previous best 132. My 60' was 1.49 on the motor and 1.43 on the nitrous. The funny thing about that is when I had my 28 11.50 et streets I was in the 1.40's all the time with a best of 1.43 all motor. I put 28 12.50 et streets on it and never ran in the 1.40's again with a best of 1.50 until Sat and this is even with a gear change to make up for the taller tire.
