Project Valour IT (http://soldiersangels.org/valour/index.html) is donating laptops with voice recognition software to Brooke Army Medical Hospital soon (hopefully in the next couple of weeks).
I know quite a few pomofo'ers are in the computer field...if you know of anyone in the San Antonio area who might be interested in donating some computer set-up and training time to an organization that helps injured American soldiers, please let me know.
