Is death to good for him. Is slow torture really evil or just not cost effective? The bad part is society will probably continue to pay a price for his existence for 10-15 more years recieving nothing in return.

Bleh. That just makes me ill. I don't think, if anyone ever did that to my child, that they'd ever have the chance to sentence him to death. heh.

Ditto.
I'd be all for a "Death by Victim's Family" initiative. Torture optional.
...or sending him off to Afghanistan to function as a live bomb detonator...Iraq as a human shield/decoy...army training camps for target practice... free room and board on the tax payer's money - NOT.

You see first you find a CRACK house and then you take him there. You get some wet cement and place his nuts there and let the cement dry. Then you give him a old razor that is rusted and beat up. Set the house on fire and tell him to make a choice. Justice is served!!!!!!!!!!
