well ... as the subject might allude to, I FINALLY GOT MY BRAKES!!!! they came in yesterday and shawn and i spent a few hours cleaning them up. i have a few pics on my make-shift webpage for my car. http://users2.ev1.net/~hangnail/69falcon/

theyre actually from a 68 cougar xr7, but theyre the same as the mustangs. =) ill be cleaning them for the next few days. id like to powerdcoat them if anyones offering =). other wise i think theyll get a coat of caliper paint or engine enamel. hopefully theyll get getting put on this weekend. i have no idea when ill get the 9inch rearend on. it sounds like ill have to get it narrowed (once again if anyones offering =) ). hopefully after i get the falcon legal it will prove to be street worthy and not overheating anymore.

From the pics they look like they cleaned up nice. when are you ready ?

hopefully saturday. i still have to finish the dustshields and do the spindles and the other caliper and do both the rotors. id _really_ like to get em painted before i put em on.
