I am looking for a place on the North side of town that I can do some body work on my car in to get it ready for paint. I would need it for about a week and have my own compressor and air tools though a bigger compressor would be nice if available.
I would not be able to spray primer in the subdivision I am in and I really don't want to do it in my attached garage. I would gladly pay a reasonable amount for the use. Need to be able to leave the car in the dry while doing it.
I really don't know of anyone here who has a shop but thought I would throw it out there. seems like everyone here I have met is in the same type of subdivision I am in except Ben.
Any help is greatly appreciated

It ain't anywhere near your end of town, but I have a second garage I'm renting while the engine is out of the car. I'm in League City though.:ashamed:

Well at least someone is offering. How long you renting it for?
Does anyone know of a place I can rent that I could do my bodywork at?
Thanks

I pay $75 a month for it - I suppose about $3 a day.. nothing crazy. Buy me beer - hell, I love bodywork - I'd prolly work on it with ya.

Be careful what you say man. I may take you up on it. Just how much and good are you at bodywork? Two weekends could probably get it done if we work at it. It is fairly straight with just a few dings and waves. Mostly just needs a good block sanding with high build.
Thanks

I've done my share - I'm self taught, but have always been pleased with my own work. Never had any botched jobs. 2 people working on 1 car could prolly prep a body for the booth in 2 days as long as their isn't any really jacked up stuff.
