Yessirreee folks it's time to plan another Chicken Run!

Don't be skeered of the crazy Chicken! It doesn't bite....hard!!

For those of you that didn't make the last Chicken Run you missed one hell of a pub crawl at Texas A&M! I know we have some b-days coming up as The Liz turns another year younger on April 1st. Cristina's b-day is coming up as well on April 6. However, we can't do a Chicken Run on Liz's b-day as we're planning on going to FFW/Louisana that weekend. So how about some time after FFW/Houston? 2nd or 3rd weekend in May time frame?

Maybe this time we should go up there and get a hotel room(s) so that nobody has to drive back home and EVERYBODY can get silly?

No more running for me. I gave up running when I was a young, hot, muscular stud in high school. Running for an old, bald, fat, drunkard has no place in the world.

Micaela is home the weekend of the 7th, so that's out for me unless by some miracle of God my mom would babysit overnight... We'll see. =) (i can't ask her this week... she's a little annoyed at my rodeo attendance and it requiring her to babysit. lol)

Yer all scaring me. Is this something I WANT to be a part of?? I'll check my calendar to see if it is a weekend I am without children. I think Jenn and I are on opposite weekends, so sounds like I am good.

So, is everyone cool with the date? May 7th? I really wanted Jenn to make and she can, but we'd need to switch the date to the 14th of May. We drunk coordinated the date with Liz last weekend --- and we were off a week. Doh! Anyway, does anyone mind the 14th?

I seem to be on Jenn's childcare schedule, so May 14th works better for me.

...my stomach should settle and head stop aching by then ( :hail: Lizzy, you are a goddess :hail: )

For me, May 14th works better cause that splits it and FFW by 2 weeks which should make it a little easier on the wallet.

I'm sorry Susie! :-( I also didn't realize the 7th was the weekend *after* FFW... I doubt Fred did either. $$$$$$$$$ would be tight.

Are you sure you can't conjure up a babysitter? :)

Actually, I was just in the middle of a phone conversation with a friend who's little sister wants to babysit my kids... SO, I will meet her on Sunday and see if she wants to watch them May 7th. Is that the finalized date??

Will this be a overnight trip??? My daughter has an apartment close to down town we could all find a corner to crash if we don't want to drive home or can't drive home. It's Cris's time to get drunk she babysat the rest of us last time.

I'm hoping so. Liz and I talked about reserving some rooms at a local hotel so that way nobody has to drive home that night.

Yeah, we're down for a cheapo room. Hotel doesn't need to be snazzy. It'll just serve as a soft place to pass out, as well as a shower in the mornin'.

Btw this is such geeeeek coolness. I'm replying with my blackberry from an irish pub (4th beer in front of me) in pennsylvania. Sometimes even my own geek-coolness(tm) amazes me! :)

My daughter has a duplex at Harvey and Texas behind Target and she has 2 bedrooms and a couch she says we are welcome to stay there. She is gonna hang with us that night. So everyone is welcome or we can get rooms.

Mine and Guen's weekends are pretty booked till the end of June. Not to mention $ is tight right now. We won't be able to do it.

Cristina and I are still interested if there's still interest by others. However, now that I think about it, we have plans to remove a motor/trans this Saturday. Should we reschedule the run?
