here is a pic of a spare block that i have....one of the ears is broken off the side and basically i wouldnt be able to put a bolt in it....can i still use this block ...or is it trash??

LOL! I'd use it...

You could have it welded up, but I don't think I'd mess with it; drive it 'til it drops...
