advice or help??!!

so i am trying to repair my driver side window it wont go up or down even be force so i figured it might the power window motor...so i got a new power window and i got the door pannel off but now i am faced with the metal under the door pannel preventing my access to the old motor..and i have no idea how in the hell to get it off this is my first attempt to fix anything on my car without using duct tape so i sound like an idiot but its got these circle bolt looking things that i think are holding the metal up and no ratchet or wrench or screwdriver will touch them how on earth do i get it off????? any ideas or any bored souls wanna come over and help a little future chic mechanic out

Sounds like you're talking about the pop-rivets. Only way I could see to get them off was to drill them out. I had to do this to get the door handles off. I just used some screws/nuts to put it back together.

thanx for the replies and a BIG THANK YOU TO GUFF, YOU DA MAN!!!!! the motor can be lead out the whole after you take out the speaker and i got the wrong damn motors so i got to get another one but now i know how to do it and we got the window up.....
