I don't typically watch baseball but when they made the playoffs, and all the media attention, I decided to watch a game or two or three or four or five LOL. Well, I got hooked on it last night and watched them kick the Braves A$$! What a game, the top of the 7th inning went on forever!!! A quick 3 outs in the bottom of the 9th and its all over!!!

Nice to see them FINALLY win a Playoff series (first time ever in franchise history)
I still remember 1986 when they had JR Reid, Jose Cruz, Nolan ryan and they lost to the Phillies in NLCS. I remember the look on Jose's face sitting in the dug-out looking at the field like his life was over.
Carlos Beltran better get some major duckets come next year. He put the team on his back, and carried them every time he went to the plate!

Carl if you don't usually watch the sport, make a special appointment to watch the Sox/Yankees series. It will definitely be a brawl (literally)!

I have my 20 year old orange freebie Astros hat on today.....I am a huge BB fan and this was awesome........GO GET THEM RED BIRDS!

I watched... and waited for them to blow the lead (again). I wasn't real comfortable until the fat lady finished singing.

Hope they can spank the Cards.

I can relate Rick, I was feeling the same way until the 9th inning, then I figured by then there is no way that they'll catch us from a 9 point lead in one inning.
