Header question

Good news: My headers, H pipe and balancer are in at Houston Performance.

Bad news is that BBK doesn't have a way to weld a EGR fitting onto the header. I swear they told me they had something when I called them last time. :grumble:

Anyway, what can I do? I really really want to retain emissions. To do this I'll need something fabricated and then welded to a header tube. Is this a big deal?

You should just need a "bung" for the egr tube to thread into, and a drill bit (hole saw) the size of the OD of the bung to cut the hole in the tube with. Cut the hole, slide the bung in a little, tack it, test fit, finish weld, coat, go fast.
