Congrats to Shane!

Not a stellar day in the annals of the CCW for PMFR. 9 Cars running total, going into the second round there was 1 left....and he went out that round.

So on to consolation! 8 pmfr's going into Consolation, round 2 and we have 6 of us left, Consolation was so dominated by PMFR that we had to race each other...with me and Ron Merck having to line up (I know I didn't spell his name right, please forgive me). Semi finals comes up and there's 4 Pomofo's left all fighting it out for the win. Finals comes around with Shane having to line up with his MUCH better half ( :razz: ) for the win, with Guen red lighting and giving the trophy to Shane.

Special congrats to our newest professional racer Guen Kelly, who was very green on her first pass but seemed to really get the hang of it as the day went on! I'm sure we'll be seeing her out in future ccw's!

Thanks Guff. Although PMFR didn't fair well in the origional eliminator, we totally kicked ass in the consolation bracket. I have to give a HUGE congrats to my special lady, Guen. Dunno if its my mad teaching skillz, but the girl did awsome in her first outing. Ron Merx, who she got paird up with in the semi's, didn't even know what hit him when she cut a .510 light to advance to the finals to face me. Made for an interesting final round for sure. Should I throw the race in hopes of getting some later that night or shouldn't I??? Unfortunately she gave it away with a .483 red light giving me bragging rights under my roof for the next month. :D

Also, for those that didn't hang around, PMFR took the win in the Presidents race courtasy of yours truely. :racing:

Unfortunately racing comes with its share of problems with my car battery crapping out while Guen was attempting to make a pass in it. Maybe its saying "HEY!!! Don't let that woman drive me!!" :p

Actually his name was "Shane" also. I don't remember what he said his SN was on WSM. Seem'd like a nice guy though.
