Roomate left because job sent him to Scotland for a year, so I am looking for someone to fill in his space.
The apartment is located at Beltway 8 and Richmond (behind the Tinseltown). VERY nice place. Here is a link to the apt complex so you can get an idea.

its the "Mahogany" floorplan. Also has an attached garage but that is where my stang lives ;). The garage (and tools) are there if you need it to work on your car though!
There is 6 months left on the lease (ends mid January). Ill take $400 a month plus 1/2 utilities. If you look at the rental rates for this place, thats WAY less than half the rent! (hint: this apt is on the upper edge of the Mohogany price range due to the garage)
