Went to Hallsville today. Track wasnt hooking that great, but I was able to squeeze a couple HIGH 1.6s out of it (.68 and .69s) my best ever is 1.63 so pretty close.
This was the Talon Fall Classic. (Texas Area Lightning Owners North)
There was about 20 trucks total but dont remember how many of them raced.
I ran a new best today, won the "winners" bracket trophy (they paired the winner of the winners bracket :D -me and the winner of the consolation bracket at the end), won the overall "Top Truck" trophy, and got the plaque for having the lowest ET during the event (not test n tune). Wouldnt you know the consolation brack winner was one of my local friends that we caravaned down there with. To make it worse I beat him in the first round, and then at the end again. 3 Lightnings from up my way and we took home half the awards and one of them didnt even race, he just did Test N tune... :eek:
Anyway, still have the Eaton on this thing and bolt ons (no juice) and still with the stock internals.
