Went out to HRP in Houston last night for some T&T. I didn't think I would beat my previous best as I was on the DR's this time compared to the ET Streets. What a suprise!

1.73 60' (new best on the BFG DR's)
7.94....1/8
87.41 mph
12.400...1/4 (new best)
110.42 mph

Old best run at FFW was a 12.41 at 110 mph with a 1.61 60' on ET Streets. Funny how my new best time was run on heavy ass 10 holes and DR's with a .12 worse 60'.

Not much got better for me. I did however get a lot of new "worsts", LOL!

New best mph of 114.72, don't ask me how. :D It had to be the new red hood.

BTW the "hood transaction" went down lastnight when I found my long lost brother at the track. For those of you who don't know I have/had a red LX with a white stock hood. Lastnight pitted one row over from me I see a white fox body GT with a red hood. OMG! Too good to be true! I went over and introduced myself and his car's exact opposite and from there we swapped hoods. Now my car is no longer the "Two Tone Terror" although the shades of red don't exactly match. Who cares, it aint no show queen!

I also ran a new best on nitrous (mainly because I upped the jets to a 150 shot). Thats the most I've ever sprayed it, bottle was half empty with no heater or gauge, so I have no idea what pressure it had, probably pretty low considering the weak mph number. Next time out it will be better with a full bottle and maybe a gauge and some type of heating device.

Sixty foot: 1.76 (spin city, the tires aren't heat cycled yet)
1/8 mile: 7.42 or something like that
1/8 mile mph: 98 or so
1/4 mile: 11.53
mph: 118.08 beats previous best by two mph on a 75 shot.

Next time the tires will hook much better. They just needed to be cooled back down.
Other passes were fairly consistent motor passes in the 12.1x range, fastest being a 12.03@112.4.

FWIW my bottle (did I say that) was right at 900 psi on the 114 run (at around 9:15 pm) and was at around 1000 psi earlier in the day (sun out). This was with no heating other than it sitting in the trunk. You were probably running right around the same psi I would guess.
