As if you needed another reason not to trust a skank. I think I read somewhere, here in America, 15% of all the children born in American Hospitals each year, the man who is on the birth certificate as the father of the child is biologically incapable of being that child’s father. Well a judge in Missouri is saying that if you are one of those 15%, most of which I presume never know that they aren’t the father of the little tyke, you might not want to ever know if you are the father because you are going to have to pay child support for the little bastard regardless.
In 1989, Bill Neal of Glasgow Village like a trusting boyfriend presumed when he was told that his then girlfriend Carol McDale was pregnant that it was his and agreed to pay child support. By the time the child was born 9 months later however, they had drifted apart and were no longer seeing one another. Like so many men, he assumed since the relationship was over he wasn’t paying support like so many men do and his then ex-girlfriend took him to court. A judge ordered that he pay support for the child and he ended up paying $8,000 in support and reimbursement for welfare spent of the child.
Neal became curious when the child began to develop and looked nothing like him. He then discovered thru DNA testing that he isn’t even the father of the kid. He immediately sued to end his financial obligations to the child and a St. Louis Judge said that it doesn’t matter, he must keep paying!
By not contesting paternity earlier, the judge said Neal made more difficult his effort to set aside the judgment. The judge said that he didn’t want to disturb the stability of the child. You know I am glad that the judge’s heart is in the right place but it is not Neal’s responsibility to provide stability to that child. It is the responsibility of his mother and whatever cock she was fucking which planted the seed of that kid. On what moral or ethical grounds should Neal be providing stability to another man’s child? Are we saying that he should pay because he trusted that his skank girlfriend had not cheated on him? Is he being punished because he trusted that he was the father of a child in what he thought was a monogamous relationship? If the kid’s lifestyle is being brought down because he isn’t paying for the kid anymore, well, that is just tough, that is his mother’s responsibility.
If she had kept her fucking legs closed then we wouldn’t be in this position. Under the guise of providing stability for this child we are setting precedent for protecting children of cheating girlfriends and wives everywhere from their own mother’s irresponsibility!
In recent years, Neal found more steady work as a concrete layer. As a result, the state has intercepted most of his income tax refunds the past two years to collect on its judgment. In the winter, when concrete work is slow and Neal is off work, the state takes part of his unemployment check. Now that is fucked up.

* Last month in Ohio, a man got a 30-day jail sentence for refusing to pay child support for a boy, now 10, being raised by his ex-wife. Despite DNA evidence to the contrary, a judge determined the man to be the legal father.
* In Texas, a divorced railroad engineer argued that he was not the father of three of his children. Unimpressed by supportive DNA evidence, a judge ordered him to continue paying support.
* A computer programmer in Pennsylvania had DNA evidence on his side but lost a seven-year battle to avoid paying child support to his former wife. In December, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirmed a lower-court ruling that said "family interests" outweighed his complaint. The U.S. Supreme Court recently declined to hear the case.
