I added that this track should have a restriction to keep noise levels down, all vehicles must have mufflers and an inspection sticker (valid or not). This would keep it more to the street racers and less noise from the big boys. Should've also added that an entry fee of $5 could be charged to keep the track up, etc... Thats a fair price IMO.
