Ok boys, here's my real bomb I've been chattering about. Some may have seen it, but for those fortunates that don't live in Brazoria county, this is what we call 'citizenship'...

I plan to build a stroked 351W for it; as of yet undetermined whether it be a 396 or a 408. I have a set of Canfields, a 'healthy' solid roller, a Vic. Jr, an Accel dual point (with tach drive!), RMVB C6, a 9" disc rear from a big Lincoln, four link parts cut, and 2" x 3" tubing in stock...

Exterior is a toss up of blue hues; either the MK code on Brent's truck or the True Blue (code L2?) opn Kyle's PSD. Interior will be done in shades of gray, and will be my first upholstery project (now that I have a machine...).

I've acquired quite a bit of literature and odds and ends trim items in the last few months, and have everything (I believe) to put the body back like she once was (except for a passenger door; mine is FUBAR from a prior 'incident'...)

First thing once in garage: remove old rear and mini-tub to fit 26 x 10.50 x 15 ET Streets (in stock)...

I need to get myself motivated here, and this is my feeble attempt :D

Nay!

Here's mine.

be patient or tell me who else hosts pictures for free.

My recipe is a bit different. 502 with iron heads, performer RPM cam and stealth intake, C6. 9" with 31 spline moser axles. Already have the teardrop hood, and the prevoius mentioned pieces. What I don't have is time. Also have a bar to put in mine and a pristine under dash A/C unit.

Nay you might be able to fit those 10.5 x 26 tires without mini tubbing, have you checked.

How about a race when we get them built. That is if the nursing home will let us do it. That's where we'll be by the time we finish.

Ken: Where did you get your hood, Crites? I need to order one when funds become available (sell the Sub and SHO...). I know we've talked about bars a wee bit; do you have one yet, or are you planning on building yours? I've eyeballed tube benders for a couple of years now and will need to buy a bender for mine (I think I'll keep it simple and do a six or eight point). I haven't tried fitting the 10.50's (oh, sorry: 11.50's) under the car, but the 265's I had on it for a time were real cozy. Goal was an N50, but will settle for the 11.50 or a 295...

Nostalgia racing! You bet! We may have to get the neighborhood kids to do the driving, as I have little time to work on mine too, LOL! (the way you see it in the pic is the way it's benn since, oh, '92/93...). I have a friend in Tyler that has a 63-1/2 Galaxie he's itching to work on, but new fatherly duties will keep him occupied for say, eighteen years!
