The New York City Police departments are on the hunt for a mugger that apparently stands there and masturbates in front of his female victims after stealing their shit at knife point.
He has struck at least 13 times in the Bronx and upper Manhattan since January. He follows his victims into an apartment block and then into the lift. Then he threatens them with a knife demands their shit and then sits there and masturbates in front of them.
"This guy obviously has some major problems. We want to find him." said Bronx chief of Detectives Joseph Reznick.
