Throw out bearing and clutch

I think my TOB is going because it is starting to chirp and squeel until I depress my clutch just a tad.
What clutch recommendations do you have for me?

FMS HD or King Cobra (same disk, diff pressure plates), Star clutches (SPEC) stages I or II (III is probably overkill for ya).

But wait, your TOB doesn't mean your clutch is gone. Or are you just using this as an excuse to kill two birds?

My throwout bearing went out on my GT, and I should be done tonight. I went ahead and replaced everything up to the pilot bearing. Might as well, you're already right there.

I would recommend a SPEC Stage II or possibly a SPEC Stage II :)
