Thanks to both of you for the help. It would simply be impossible to do my turbo install with out your help on that notch. OK, I am sure I could have done it but I would have been an eye sore and probably would have resulted in a trip to the emergency room for some sort of self inflicted stupidity:) Chris did an awsome job with the frame notch. Even after he did it he was complaining about how it could have been better....I was thinking WTF? I mean damn, it looked better than the pic of the notch on Billy Bob Cosbys car! Here are som pics of the work in progress:

Glad to see it all coming together, and yes, thats one of the nicest frame notches I've seen on an incon setup...
How much longer for completion? I'm hoping to have mine back out in a month or so...
See ya soon man!

Was a pretty unproductive day on Monday. I spent most of the day locating parts that SHOULD have been in the order I made to INCON  (still waiting on that order as we speak) As of now, the motor is fully assembled and has one turbo on it. Another unforseen setback was having to grind some/most of the heads on the header bolts since they interfered with the manifolds. If it wasnt one thing, it was another. It's coming along though. The next time we are going to work on it is Friday evening and hope to get the other turbo on and then attempt to fit the thing in the engine bay....we will see.:o

Plug changes are going to be a blast, eh?
I never noticed how cramped those manifolds are....its really a neat overall package though.
Put that sucker in IN already!

Well it turns out the parts got here last Friday!! The goddamn UPS guy never put a sticker on my apt door (like he is supposed to) to say the package is left in the front office. Have to give Tom at Incon credit though. He next day aired it and only charged me the standard 6 bucks for shipping! There are still a few parts missing which Tom said they were on back order from the supplier.
Doing the plugs in all honesty wont be THAT bad. #3 is definetly a killer though. Incon recommends one of those special spark plug socket that has a side cut out of it mainly for that #3 (kinda like those o2 sensor sockets).
Wont be working on it today as Joe had to work. But we will be back on it on Sunday.

Here are some pics of the motor going in. This was last Sunday, just been busy with work and all. Also got the intercooler and all the piping done tonight. Dont have much more to do, but wont be able to work on the car till Sunday. Hopefully we will get it running so that the trouble shooting/breaking in period can begin:)

I'd love to see more of the intercooler and piping. What did you do for an intercooler??? Looks good. I hoping mine will be going in before too much longer...

Once I get all the bugs worked out, i will definetly bring it out to a CCB.
Todd,
The intercooler is what comes with the incon kit. They are custom pieces made specifically for Incon. I have some more pics of the intercooler and piping at home. Ill post em tonight.
