Hey, saw in another thread that you are working on a 77 4door Nova. I own a GM product too (two, actually): a 77 Pontiac Ventura. If you're into the street racing scene and used to hang out about 5-7 years ago, you might know the car as it was called "No Nova" (since it looks like a Nova, but isn't ;).

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know you're in good company here. If you have pics of the car, I'd be interested, link or post them!

Hehe. Yeah, my first car, was a 72 VW Bug. It was an early graduation present from my aunt and uncle. Of course it came with a catch: I had to assemble the entire engine! It was being rebuilt and the shop closed down and told them to come get it or lose it, so they got it and let it sit. That was how I learned about cars in general, and then the Ventura is/was my first hot rod so that's where I learned about high performance.

Sounds cool illfated, you should be able to get that car running great!

I'm going to try to make it to the next CCB. I won't be able to run as I'll either not have my trans swapped in yet, or just be on the break-in period still. We'll see. Hopefully I can go and meet you and the other PoMoFo's out there!
