1989 Ford F-250 351 EFI. Severe stumble of idle causing stall with flooded condition. Will re-start by holding half throttle for aprox 15 seconds. Removed throttle body and found the wireing harness from TPS burned into, orange and black wires burned thru insulation. Re-placed TPS with no change. Error codes with key on/key off: 21 ECT voltage out of range, 31 EGR/EVP voltage low, 51 ECT voltage too high, 87 Fuel pump relay failure.. Truck runs fine if held above 2,000rpms and speed braked. ** Could the short circut in the TPS have damaged the ECA.:confused:
