this may sound kinda stupid but, here goes.
ive got a 5.0 truck, and am looking for a bit more pulling power. the truck has 1 5/8 shorties... to 2 1/4 stock y-pipe then through stock cats to a stock catback. if i cut off the cats and catback, and install a 2-2 1/4" to 3" collector then a 3"in, 18" long, 3"out cat to a 17" flowmaster deltaflow 50 series and 3" pipe all the way out..... would that be to much exh. for the truck?? (it has factory heads intake and cam, and i have no plans to change that.) how loud do you think it would be?
seems a bit wordy but it was the only way i could explain it.
