View Full Version : Weather looks like crap for today

Woke up, checked the weather, and there's a good chance of the bad stuff today. I look at the radar, and it's all moving directly towards Sealy. If the prognosis does not improve soon, Im gonna have to cancel my trip out there, b/c I do not want to drive way out there just to be told it's been cancelled. Im sure those pits are still plenty soft/muddy due to the last 2 weeks.

I'll try to keep you other ccb'ers notified

When we got out there, there was a LS 1 that had lost control going east bound and ended up in the muddy ditch next to the entrance to the track. One of the HALO guys had to pull him out. Must really suck to be him at that time..LOL.

mark, not sure it you looked at the second set of skid marks near I10. apparantly the firebird lost it on I10 going east and took a right turn through the grass into oncoming traffic. one of the halo guys going west on the frontage road was in his path and went throught the grass onto I 10 to avoid the collision. looking at the marks it could not have been more than a few inches between them.

Yes I had seen two sets of tracks in da mud but couldn't figure out how there was two of them. :p
