well, my host site is down or I'd post some pics of the progress on the turbo jig...

I got an engine and tranny today... got a 90% complete EFI 302 (w/ accessories) for $75 (I did him a favor... this thing is worthless!) and my buddy gave me a gutted T5 case and bellhousing for free...

got the longblock painted Ford blue and got the valve covers, upper/lower intake, and water pump... uh... "ceramic coated" *cough*Dupli-color ceramic silver looks GOOD!*cough*

flanges are supposed to go out Monday... I hope to be welding by next weekend!

Forrest,

When you mention flanges, are these the plates that'll go on the end of the headers and attach to the turbo housing inlet?

Who is making these for you?

well, those too... I really don't want to go into the specifics of the flanges... I'm have a few different ones cut, and the final product will be dictated by which setup works best...

but I'm having a guy off the turboford board cut my flanges... why, you got a hookup on CNC Plasma or AWJ cutting!?? :D

No I sure dont. But I want to say that Turbo City (the web site) will cut them to spec for you.

I'm going to GUESS that they'd charge more than the prices I'm paying, but I'll check them out at the very least!

thanks!

To be honest, I have no idea what they charge. I just stumbled across the fact that they make flanges when I was doing research for a JYTT for my car. That may still happen one day, but it won't be with the current Mustang I have as I feel it's too nice to chop up. Now and old 4 banger coupe, that's a different story! :)
