Hey Chuck, Up yours. Look, This is bullshit, have your president call Dee and tell her this is not fair and if it doesn't at least finish the year the way it started with no rules except footbrake then your club is pulling out of if you do I will get HALO to pull out also. Have your president call and talk to 1badtrk-Andre our president.

I thought the CCB was about bracket racing....I never realized it was for "street cars" only :confused:

No nitrous? Why not? Bracket racing with the spray is hard to do..but if you can make it work then why not? Better tell all the HALO guys to remove those blowers.

No slicks? Do they realize that they are called "Squealy"?

I thought the only rule was no electronics. When did these rules come about?

I have been racing the CCB for 3 years now. Never have I heard anything about DOT tires being required. Like others have posted, the only rule I knew of what no electronics. I think they should not try to really enforce that rule this year since the season is almost over. They should just make the rules known for next season. If clubs wish to pull out of the event, let them. My car has always been 100% legal for the CCB's. I will continue to race either way.

Fred, you see what is says about 2-steps? You can use it since your car is a 5-speed. ;)

If these are the rules, they need to fire at the staging lane guys cuz the damn season is almost over and they've never been enforced. What are they? Fucking blind? Don't know what these things look like? When a car purges they think it's passing gas?

If they're not the rules, what the hell is wrong with these people? LOL! The email stated that the rules are in their website. I just visited there badly done website and there is no rules listed!

Ah well, they'll fix it. They have to. Like a politician getting his pockets lined with cash, if HALO and WSM pull out - they won't get fat wads of cash.
