Well, I'm looking at getting some 1 and 3/4 longtubes and h-pipe and will be selling mine if I do. I'm running MAC unequal shorties and a BBK Offroad 2.5" h-pipe. $175 sound OK?
New they are $160 for the headers and $135 for the H-pipe
BTW, this is on my 90 GT and will clear AOD or T5

How soon do you need them? If I can talk my wife into letting me get the other ones, I can do it this week and have them for ya. If you could give me money up front, I could surely get the others and get it done. If you wanted to drive out to my place in Baytown, I'll help ya swap them out this week. Its not too much work, just tends to be a pain to get everything lined up.

So are you interested in them? I kind of need to know because I'm looking at these other headers on Thursday. I can pull these off tonight or tommorrow night if you want them, that way you can pay me and I can pay the other person for his.

No problems with them other than being used. They've been on the car for nearly two years, but are in good shape. You know MACs lose their coating after a short time of heating up, but they're not rusted out. I had painted them when I first put them in, but that burned off pretty quick. They're not shiny, but they get the job done. I'm just going with some long tubes because thats the next step in speeding up my car. The BBK h-pipe still looks pretty new, that stainless that they're made out of really holds up. Only thing rusted on it is the bolts (that hold the h-piece together), and the clamps that go to the headers and the flow tubes.
If we could meet up early Saturday, that would be best. I'll start pulling them off tonight and have them ready for ya before Saturday. Did you want to come out to my place and we put them on your car?

can you meet me somewhere in the middle? if so,i can meet you early saturday. i will need to put them on myself, the car is in no shape to drive. after i pulled the turbo off i am now minus all exhaust. actually , after i put on the exhaust i need the power pipe, accessory belt, blower belt, and plug wires and i will be back on the road.

Yeah, I can do that. What part of town are you in? Where would you want to meet? I'm over by HRP, so coming from Baytown. Brent also wants me to pick up a clutch disc (or something like that) from you as well.
So why did you decide to take the turbo off and go with a blower?

Well, as it turns out, the other guy sold his headers yesterday. Someone gave him $300 for them (when I was only offering $200 plus some parts). So I guess I won't be selling mine until I find another deal on some used longtubes. Sorry man! Hope you can find some others.
I was really looking forward to switching to longtubes too!
