we were driving from San Antonio to Corpus Christi on vacation... I was one of the first people out of my car to help and it was rough. NO ambulance and no supplies .. There were soo many people hurt. worked for 2 hours and 7 life flight helicopters and lots of ambulances la...ter most were transported and 2 were dead & beyond help before I even got out of the car. All the EMT training I had gotten kicked in and I did all I could. Please send a prayer for those that died and for those that are hurt. And please.. for me...Wear your seat belts! David
