Hey guys. I got the test instance of Vbulletin4 going and need some folks to test it out for me. I haven't added any of the "mods" that we have here yet, even though I've downloaded most of them already. Also, the themes and logo are yet to come.
That's not the big issue for me though. The main issue is the CMS (like our current frontpage) and the Blogs.
The CMS could be a very nice feature for a site like this with users that have so much knowledge and abilities.
The CMS has the ability to create an "article" on the site by clicking "promote to article" from the forums. The sw came with a lot of examples already set up for you to see and then I've tried to create a few examples of sections for the technical articles that could be used.
The thing is, there is a big learning curve in using this thing seamlessly. Would you guys use it?
Same thing goes for the blog. I can disable either if you guys would prefer to just stick with the forums.
At the same time, I can do either/or when the site is running in production mode as well so I don't think the decision has to be made 100% right now, but it'd be nice to have an idea of the direction.

Please post, try things with the CMS, fart around with the blog, etc. Try the tags for images, videos, etc. Try to upload images, change avatars, send PMs, etc etc etc. I want to make sure bugs are worked out before taking it public.
