my f##king pit bike won't start

any ideas? i spent all night cleaning the carb , put in fresh fuel and it doesn't even try to start. i rode it about 7 months ago and it was hard to start , BUT IT DID START. i even shot starting fluid in the carb, nothing.

btw. it is an 81 honda trail 70 .

Your bike and my Spree need to get together. I was trying to sell the Spree at Delmar, but couldn't get it started the day before. Some guy come up and kicks it twice and it starts. I run it for a while and stop it. About 1-hr later another guy come by and wants to buy it if it will run. WON"T START. Get it home 2- kicks, it starts. AAARRRGGGHHH. I felt like Wiley coyote going over the water fall in the motor boat.
