So when are you going? :D I need some Mark VII brake brackets. Are they open on Thurs or is it Fri - Sun?
Do you know if there a higher admission fee? I know they did that in the past, like $10 to get in and then 1/2 price parts.
I just looked on their website and see what I found, a free admission coupon for regular days! I guess I'll be going there for lunch this week.

If any of you go, can you find me a distributor condom in good shape? Also in need of a drivers side black sunvisor.

Fred, I have a distributor cover if you want it. I didn't see any black parts at Wallisville. They did have a 96 V8 Explorer that did not look like a clunker car, with the egr intake and iron gt40 heads it looks like. I thought about it, but I doubt if I could get it. Probably would run about $125 for the heads & intake at the sale price.
You going to Northville Troy?

As far as I could tell, the only thing missing under the hood was the radiator fan. Of course that was Tuesday noon, anything could have sold already.

I wasn't online prior to my trip out the Northville on Saturday. I did get the aluminum 8.8 IRS center section from a T-Bird S-Coupe. Also noticed that there was another one just like it there, may go back and get the center section out of it too.
I paid a whopping $43 for it and it's got a 3.55 gear.

What are you going to do with an aluminum center section? Melt it down and make beer cans?

Yes I do want the seat bracket. Almost forgot all about it. Where do you want to meet up? Ever make it to the west side of Houston?

I would have swore that all T-bird center sections were cast iron. Also, the SC center sections would have 2.73 for 5 speeds or 3.27/3.31 for Autos.
Could be you have a Mark VIII center section that someone put a track loc and 3.55's in.

Well, I wonder if it would be worth it to get a used ac compressor. Besides that just some specific screws for my truck, dash pad, parking brake pedal pad, the plastic ash tray part, and a factory lug wrench. Also looking for one of these https://encrypted-tbn2.google.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTi4Nh5DNZvxy-tSoYikxhfAp9VHPato8ipKU4BEb4oZ9oaOljSRw to strip parts from. If you see any prospects let me know and I will get out there one day.

I wore myself out pulling off an explorer 5.0 intake manifold. I swear I hate pulling stuff off stock vehicles with all that emissions and other electrical crap. Give me a carb setup for working on anyday LOL.
