What hilarious is the fact that he could have admitted to drinking a "few" beers. But no, he admits to drinking 15! :)

I know a guy who got a DUI on a bicycle on an Air Force base. I kind of feel the same way about the drunken barstool guy. Charge him with public intoxication and make him pay his fine, but a DUI? Seems a bit harsh when you consider he really only posed a danger to himself.
