I saw this topic being discussed on Robert's thread, so figured I'd start anew and get a post going dedicated to the topic at hand....
I know Brent, Ben and I have discussed leaving at roughly 9am Friday morning. Trevor (TRAXX) will be towing his car too and is interested in caravaning with us.
I was thinking 9am, and Ben and Shane say the 242 Exit off 45 works well for a meeting point. So, what about it? This work for everyone? That puts us at the track between 12am-1pm, so we can stake our claim in the pits so we have enough room for everyone that will not be showing up till Fri night / Sat morn.
I vote for this option.

Sounds good. For anyone wanting to meet up with us then, there is a Mcdonalds at the Chevron station where we will be meeting if you want to grab a quick breakfast for the trip.

YUP. I figure we can give a 20 min window (10min before till 10min after), then we can head out.

Cool, I know where that is. I have a few details to work out like when Im getting my trailer, and such. I might need some help from some of you guys as I have never driven, strapped down, or towed a vehichle on a trailer. the place where I am getting my trailer is up in Spring(thanks Bubstang) so the plan is to have one of my vehicles parked at the trailer place the night before and then drive the other one up in the morning and then load it up. thats where I might need some help. Not sure if this trailer guy is helpful in that way.
but yes! the plan is to be at the Chevron/McDs at 9 AM!

Trevor, are you getting it from "The Trailer Man"?
If so that's where I bought my trailer. Marty is very helpful.

If I am not working by Friday, I will caravan with you guys... otherwise, I can't leave until Friday night after work...

How about a secondary meeting time of around 12:45-1pm at the same location, or at least up on the north side on 45 somewhere. I won't be leaving work until 11am or so and will probably grab a bite after I leave work and before departing. I'll be pulling my car on a poor man's black utility trailer with a White 01 Suburban (my borrowed camper from my dad :D )
My cell phone for that morning is 281-804-3168
