I can't really tell what it is. Is it oil, fuel, coolant, all the above?

Looks like oil is coming back up through your EGR passage...when is the last time you replaced your valve at the back of the intake? If it was me I wouldn't worry about it too much.

This is common in cars that have the PCV (rear lower intake) hooked up to the intake. I've got it on my car too.

My stock piece had a thin film of oil in the runners...comes up through the PCV valve baffle....
