Really woke the car up. Took it around the block to settle it in a bit. Took the GF for a bling-bling ride and got a battery light and no charge showing on the guage. I guess it's time for a new alternator. Oh well.

LOL! Did everything feel and sound OK? T-lok pop any at all?

Glad you got it in! I hope it was worth the wait and drive for you...

Nay!

Yeah it was a tad noisey a first. Everything just meshing in I guess. I think it will be fine --a lot less than I expected noise wise. I marveled at the car last night and prayed and said many blessings as I drank multiple beers. I think that helped.

Stupid alternator:(

I parked it.

Brett,
its not the alternator. You probably forgot to hook up the relay for the differential....common problem most often mistaken for a bad alternator.

<-----voice of experience;)

BTW post some pics of your car Brett.

That was the first thing I checked. Chris kicked me a new relay and I wired it up bypassing the frame tie hanger.:fu:

You bypassed the tie hanger?! Oh no, you were supposed to ground it!

I guess I need to write a new TSB...
