We got the shed done this past weekend so I figured I'd post up some pics.
The shingles match the house. Thanks to Darrell with the help decking it and tarring it (and giving me tips on shingling it). Thanks to Thomas for lending me the ladder. I'll get it back to you this weekend if you'll be around.
The paint was supposed to match the house but Shabana got the wrong shade of white (lighter), lol. It's not too different from the existing color but it looks a lot whiter since the house is dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint. We already did the garage door a week or so ago and we will paint the rest of the house when we get back from the honeymoon.
A while back I bought a slew of used base cabinets for the garage. I had a little too many and needed to get rid of some of them. They fit perfect in the shed.
I had to install a new piece of siding on the front of the shed to the left of the door. The piece that I cut off ended up working out perfectly as a countertop for the cabinets inside.
I'll be replacing two pieces of the deck boards. One is broken as you might notice. I already have them cut. I just have to do it. Also, note the dog prints all over the deck. It seemed that no matter what, she constantly made it a point to step right in the paint pan when we were painting, lol.
